Veronica Longofolia, planted in June 2019. Probably needs a sunnier location. The gardener needs to own up to the fact that the west Legacy Garden is more and more shady as the woodlands trees grow bigger.
Crocosmia, among the original plants and blooms that have emerged in this garden as I remove weeds and the pervasive Day Lillies. Crocosmia didn’t show herself until the third year restoring the garden.

Blue Chinese Forget-Me-Not, among the bluest of blues in any garden, this plant does best in full sun.
We have comfry from Kathy Evans and from Elena Sette Bruning. Not sure what cultivars these are. Comfry comes in many varieties and is prized for its healing qualities and also in making plant based fertilizer. Deer aren’t supposed to enjoy comfry, but around here, all bets are off as the deer have proven their palette for it.
